Hi Parents
Following another private small-group camp at Easter for a group of Year 4s from CFX, I am inspired to arrange another one before I head to Glasgow at the end of July for the Commonwealth Games 2026.
This workshop is for players who are very enthusiastic about sports and keen to progress their skills quickly and understand their extraordinary genius.
The program is for players in Years 4, 5, or 6 and is a rare opportunity to work with Former Scotland National Coach Denise Holland in a small group on Monday, July 27th—29th, 2026, from 10-3 pm at Kings Hill, West Malling. We can work across two year groups, so the first players to book will claim this summer's program.
As you may know, I published my book PlayFreely® - The Spiritual Key to Athletic Excellence last October, and I am delighted to include a copy for parents in the package.
You can find more details here and follow the links to reserve your place:

This programme is likely to fill quickly, so please register soon to avoid disappointment. If your daughter has completed the programme before, I kindly ask that you leave space for someone new, as my hope is to reach as many young people as possible with this understanding of freedom of mind.
Young people are surrounded by external influences, from social media and peer pressure to the expectations they place on themselves. This programme gives them space to see that they do not need to become someone else to feel confident, resilient or free. They can begin to trust who they already are, on and off the netball court.
It is a supportive, uplifting camp for netball players who want to enjoy their sport more, handle pressure with greater ease, and nurture their natural confidence.
