We will only use your personal data to administer your account, make contact when necessary, and provide you with relevant information, newsletters, match reports etc. that relate to your membership of CFX Netball Club.

Your data is not shared with any 3rd party or organisation outside of the relevant netball associations with which your daughter may be registered, as part of her CFX membership.

Our Club Treasurer and Membership Secretary, Pierina Smith will continue to contact you with regards to your CFX membership, club information, and fees. Pierina will also be taking on the position of GDPR Officer.

If you wish to have your data deleted please contact Pierina directly and make your request in writing. Your data will be removed from our files within 30 days of your request. Upon leaving CFX Netball Club your data will remain on our files for 12 months, unless you make a request to Pierina, in writing, for it to be removed.

Pitchero, our web service provider, will be fully GDPR compliant by the government deadline.
