We are delighted to share some exciting news with our club community.

Our netball club has been kindly sponsored by Chris Beck at Score My Golf, and we are incredibly grateful for his support. This sponsorship provides our club with access to the iTrust app and membership, helping us continue to invest in the safety, confidence and wellbeing of our players, coaches and wider club community.

Through this sponsorship, we are introducing the iTrust app to our club.

We are proud to be a leader in netball by bringing iTrust into our club environment. For us, this is about being proactive, forward-thinking and committed to creating the safest, most positive experience possible for every young person, coach and family involved in our club.

iTrust is a simple platform designed to give people a voice. It allows members to safely and anonymously raise concerns, make suggestions, call out wrongdoing, or praise others. The app is designed to help organisations listen, respond and build a positive culture where everyone feels safe, respected and heard.

As a club with nearly 200 young members aged between 8 and 16, we want every player to enjoy their netball, feel confident, and know that their voice matters. Just as importantly, we also want to hear about the great work happening across the club. Our coaches give so much time, care and energy to supporting our players, and iTrust gives families and players an easy way to recognise and celebrate those positive moments too.

For us, this is not about looking for problems. It is about strengthening an already supportive club culture. Whether someone wants to celebrate a coach, praise a teammate, share an idea, or raise a concern, iTrust gives our players and families a safe and simple way to communicate with the club.

Using the iTrust app page is straightforward. The QR code will be included in this email and is also available on our website. Members can scan the QR code to open our club’s iTrust app page. This page can then be saved to a phone's home screen for easy access, so there is no need to download anything from the App Store.

Once on the app page, members can select the relevant function, decide whether to remain anonymous, and submit their form. Reports are then securely sent to the club for review and actioned accordingly.

We will continue to share reminders about how to access and use the iTrust app page. We are confident that it will become a positive tool that helps us celebrate what is working well, listen carefully, and keep improving together.
