Is your child displaying their fullest expression: happy, confident, kind, resilient and a young person who bounces back quickly when things don't go the way they want them?

Or, does your child show early signs of insecurity, needing to prove herself, craving to be seen, even being unkind or naughty to gain approval?

More and more I see our youngsters adopt unhealthy habits, or secretly harbour feelings that keep them small and sad, and it doesn't need to be that way!

With growing concerns about social media, it is becoming easy for young people to feel that their identity is on the line every time they play netball, take a test at school, or try to make new friends. Our cultural conditioning can be brutal at times, especially in this fast-paced world of advancing technology.

That's what inspires me to work in the holidays to help another beautiful soul to live and play freely, be who they are inspired to be, and not thwart this expression due to an innocent misunderstanding.

I am bold enough to say that this program is a game-changer, as I have seen it time and time again: players transform before my eyes and go on to take their netball to a whole new level, one not available to them beforehand.
