CFX Netball Club Coo Ball fitness program - Week 2
This week, Jess gets you moving with quick feet drills, whilst catching and passing the ball. You'll need a few things to act as cones; upside-down food containers work well if you do not have cones. Remember, head up, turn quickly on the cones and sight the ball early after touching a cone. Be as explosive as you can for the 30 seconds of each practice.
