Pamela has enjoyed a life-long affiliation with many sports and has played and represented her county in netball, volleyball, taekwondo and also football. When her daughter began full time school Pamela decided the time was right to choose a new career and, not surprisingly, studied to become a personal trainer and now thrives on the demands of running her own business.

Pamela has been a part-time coach for several primary schools in Kent including teaching football at Walthamstow Hall and netball at both Radnor House and Weald Community Primary School. She became involved with coaching at CFX in 2014 and has high hopes that her daughter will follow in her footsteps and develop her own passion for the game. Pamela’s first love is still netball; her coaching career is a huge part of her life and she still loves getting onto the court for the occasional social game too!
